Ladies’ Accommodation

  • Solo Cubicles: ₱6,500 – ₱7,300/month
  • Shared Rooms: Starting from ₱3,000/month

Men’s Accommodation

  • Solo Cubicles: ₱5,200 – ₱5,600/month
  • Shared Rooms: Starting from ₱3,000/month

✅ Electricity and water are included in the monthly rates.

❄️ Air-conditioned rooms are available for both ladies and men. Air-conditioning units operate during designated hours.

Do you offer short-term or transient stays?

Yes. We welcome short-term and transient guests, subject to availability.

Female Accommodation

  • Shared Rooms with Private Toilet & Bath: ₱450 per person per day
  • Solo Cubicles: ₱600 per day

Male Accommodation

  • Air-Conditioned Shared Rooms: ₱450 per person per day
  • Solo Cubicles: ₱500 per day

Transient rates apply to stays of less than 30 days. For longer stays, monthly rates offer better value and additional benefits. Availability is limited, so we recommend booking in advance.

What are the move-in requirements?

To complete your reservation and move-in process, please prepare the following:

  • Completed Tenant Information Form
  • One (1) Month Advance Rent
  • One (1) Month Security Deposit

Note: Room assignments and reservations are subject to availability. Early submission of the form is highly recommended to help secure your preferred accommodation.

How do I reserve a slot?

To reserve a slot at Luneta Dorm Residence:

  1. Complete the registration form → Required before any payment.
  2. Pay the reservation fee → ₱4,000 per person (valid for 30 days, counted as part of deposit/advance).
  3. Send proof of payment to the correct link:

Can I cook inside the dormitory?

No. Cooking and the use of cooking appliances are not permitted for safety and sanitation reasons.

Is laundry service available?

We have an on-site vending washing machine available for residents.

Please note that washing clothes inside rooms is not allowed.

Are visitors allowed?

For the safety, security, and privacy of all residents, visitors and overnight guests are not allowed inside the dormitory.

Is there a curfew?

Yes. Entry is restricted from 12:00 AM to 5:00 AM as part of our security measures.

Is parking available?

There is no on-site parking available. However, paid parking facilities can be found nearby.
